I reached out to their customer service email address and asked for return procedures and an address. I was able to use the items.
I was asked to send photos of the items, the invoice and the shipping label. This is an attempt to discourage you from returning the items. They offered me a 10% discount if they were willing to let me keep the items, as the return shipping to China would cost approximately $20.
